This week is all about that moody kid we all were in high school. You can’t tell us what to do! Gah, MOM! Stay out of my room! We also got some pretty sweet feedback.
This week, Amy is joined by fellow nursing student and mother, Laura, to talk stress and stress and stress. Oh, and that time Amy’s recorder started playing back in front of 150 fellow students and she couldn’t figure out how to mute it...it was stressful. It is a good playlist for your moments of stress and your chill out moments.
It is the one year anniversary of Earbuds and Earworms Podcast! Jason and Amy chat about the nonsense of the week and the Earbuddies suggested songs for Jason’s departure from the podcast. It is snarky, sweet, and funny all the way through. Stay tuned because Amy will be coming back each week with different surprise guests.
Don’t worry! The crew isn’t going anywhere! Just a little spoof about the show’s theme has run amok. This week, Amy and Jason take Earbuddy Naomi’s suggestion for songs to be played at their funeral. A heavy subject that they try to be respectful about and also get some giggles in about. Much deflecting and quite a few very charming, interesting, and thought-provoking songs are shared so they went ahead and decided to make this a two part series.
Jason and Amy break with their unspoken agreement to leave politics out (well, except that one episode which we don’t talk about anymore) and hash out some political feelings. Protests are the name of the game this week and next week! Craig, from Eureka Podcast, joins Jason and Amy for their very first interview that sometimes swerves off of music. Get your markers and your posterboard!
